The Mouse That Roared

When their fine vintage is imitated in California and their economy wrecked as a result, the tiny duchy of Grand Fenwick declares war on the United States, reasoning that being defeated by the USA is a sure way to profit. Twenty warriors armed with long bows arrive in New York during an air raid practice and accidentally seize the horrifying “Q” bomb, giving them mastery over the world. Returning to the Duchy as victors rather than vanquished voids the plan of Grand Fenwick, but brings the world powers to their borders. The U.S. emissary agrees to withdraw imitation Pinot Grand Fenwick from the market, and also to the arrangement that a UN of small countries shall control the bomb.
