The enchanting story of the Snow Queen by Hans Christian Andersen unfolds in animation, dialogue and music after a prologue with Art Linkletter hosting a children’s party. The little boy, Kay, is spirited away by the Snow Queen and imprisoned in her palace of ice at the top of the world. Meanwhile, his friend Gerda sets out to find him. Adventures beset Gerda’s path, but with help of friends and animals, she finds Kay and rescues him.
